At The Zivdah Online Grocery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

2. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to perishable goods and certain grocery products.

3. Return Process

Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at support@zivdahonlinegrocery.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number.

4. Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zivdahonlinegrocery.com. Provide a description of the issue and include photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Changes to the Policy

The Zivdah Online Grocery reserves the right to update or modify this refund and returns policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
